圣诞牛油曲奇 Christmas Butter Cookies

























圣诞牛油曲奇 

材料:

牛油  100克 
糖粉  60克
蛋  30克
低粉  150克
 
 
做法 :

1. 把牛油和糖粉一起打发,加入蛋液搅拌。
2. 筛入低粉拌均成团,包入保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟 - 1个小时
3. 把面团平,用饼干模具压切出模型。
4. 放入预热烘炉,以160度C烘15 - 20分钟至金黄色即可。
 
 
 
Christmas Butter Cookies
 
Ingredients : 
 
100g butter
60g icing sugar
30g egg
150g superfine flour 


Method :  

1. Whisk butter and icing sugar until pale and fluffy,add in egg and mix well.
2. Sift in flour and mix well to form a dough,wrap with plastic wrap and keep in the freeze for 30mins - 1 hours. 
3. Flatten the dough,cut out using a cookie cutter.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 15 - 20 minutes until light golden brown.
